Fushun Lei Feng Memorial Hall lies in No.61,East Passage of Heping
Road, Wanghua District, Fushun, Liaoning Province,close to the stationing
area of lei Feng's army.It covers 99900m2.It was built in 1964,but
rebuilt and expanded in 1969,1992,2002 for three times.In the past
40 years,Fushun Lei Feng Memorial Hall has admitted 46,800,000 visitors(personal
times).They are both from home cities and countrysides and abroad.
 In
58 cities,"Lei Feng's Spirit Ever Lastimg"big exhibitions
have been held,which produce great influence.On Oct.29,1990,Jiang
Zemin, the secretary general of the central committee came to Lei
Feng Memorial Hall for inspection,he wrote the name of memorial
hall.Fushun Lei Feng Memorial Hall is honoured as one of 100"Patriotic
Education Model Basses"in the country and "the National
Advanced Unit of Spiritual Civilization Construction"by Propaganda
Ministry of the Central Committee and Civilization Office of the
Central Committee.It was among the first group of the key protection
martyr buildings.
Lei Feng Memorial Hall is divided into six areas:mourning area;
exhibition area;monument garden area;sculptures area;juvenile education
activities area;and comprehensive service area.In this garden,there
are Lei Feng Tomb; Lei Feng Statue;Lei Feng Monument and facilities
for juvenile education.
Fushun Lei Feng Memorial Hall is appointed as model base of patriotic
education; the base of juvenile educating activities; research center
of learning form Lei Feng and also honoured as AAAA scenic spot
for tourism of the nation.In the new period of history,Fushun Lei
Feng Memorial Hall will inspire Lei Feng Spirit,unfold a new look
